Made with carefully selected, hand-picked Riesling, this buoyant, zesty, expressive sparkler shows juicy apple, pear and melon. The gentle sweetness makes it ideal for mildly spiced seafood or fried-mushroom appetizers.
This small-batch Riesling comes from the estate vineyards of Back 10 Cellars, which are planted with clones 21-B and 239 in the heavy red clay soil of Lincoln Lakeshore. It's a fine, lifted Niagara Riesling, with driving acidity, citrus, grapefruit, apple, and a characterful mineral note. A wonderful sipper, it will pair well with mildly spiced seafood.
This small-lot Chardonnay was barrel-fermented with wild yeast and aged in a combination of new and used Canadian oak, with extended lees contact. It's rich and round, with apricot, citrus, tropical fruit, caramel and coconut flavours.
