González Byass's history of crafting vermouth dates all the way back to 1884. This sweet white version can be savoured over ice with soda, in your favourite cocktail, or simply on the rocks at the conclusion of a fine meal.
This new French oak-fermented Tempranillo uses grapes from 50-year-old vines, hence its Viñas Viejas label. Clove and coffee bean aromas lead you into a palate of blueberry and blood orange, with textured tannins and supporting acidity. Drink date: 2024-2030. Score - 93.
