Youthful, lifted aromas of blackberry, mulberry, satsuma plum, sweet spice and cedary oak. The palate is dark, juicy and mouth-filling. There's a drive of pure dark fruits along with bramble, dark chocolate, licorice and mint. The tannins are firm and structured and the acidity brings cut and snap to the finish. Big, bold, juicy and very nicely balanced. Drink date: 2024-2034. Score - 95. (Aaron Brasher, therealreview.com, May 25, 2024)
Ruby color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate cookie, dark berry pie crust, honeycomb, and cracked mixed peppercorn with a supple, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, interesting, medium-long finish evoking elements of cherry-cranberry relish, toffee, spiced nuts, and cedar with heavy oak flavor. A crisp, crunchy Cabernet tailor made for a juicy, well marbled steak. Exceptional. [Drink by 2030.] Score - 93. (tastings.com, Sept. 9, 2025)

This Savvy comes from fruit grown in the cool-climate Adelaide Hills and Margaret River. It offers aromas of peach, citrus and flowers, with a tangy green-fruit quality on the palate. The wine has impressive weight and a lengthy finish. Savour it with calamari, shrimp salad, or herbed roast chicken.
