A refined red with good tension and intensity, showing clean black fruit and hints of wild herbs and licorice. Medium-bodied with a deep, silky core of fruit and very fine tannins. This wine is made from the local Sagrantino grape and is crafted in an easy-to-enjoy, approachable style. It shows big dark fruit and cherry tones, lifted fresh herbs, earth, spice and smoke. A great option for lamb, or vegan mushroom-and-wild-rice soup. Drink through 2026+.
