This wine is pale lemon in the glass, with lime-green reflections. It's fresh on the palate, with a round mouthfeel, notes of lemon zest and honeysuckle, and hints of baked brioche bun on the finish. Salmon-orange color with attractive floral and fruity aromas. Lots of melon, peaches, oranges and persimmons. Lychees and lemon blossom. It's medium-bodied with excellent freshness. Round and soft. 80% grenache gris, 15% viognier and 5% muscat petits grains, fermented on skins for 2-3 weeks before pressing. Drink now [through 2025]. Score - 91. 70% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Carignan. Intoxicating black olive and balsamic savoury notes fuse effortlessly with the shiny dark cherry fruit. All-encompassing and bold with sturdy tannins and a chalky texture. Score - 95. (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2025)
