Harvested grapes are dried in wooden boxes and slowly barrel-fermented then aged for up to 16 years in oak and chestnut barrels. Golden yellow colour with bronze hues. Intense aromas of apricot and peach jam with walnuts, well-balanced honey and balsamic notes, finishing with good length persistent. Pair with dessert.
