Beautiful ruby-red colour, with quite an intense nose of red fruit. On the palate, that sensation is subtly present, along with a light vanilla flavour from the barrel.
Most of the vines from which this wine was sourced are 90+ years old. It's lively, with complex layers of fruit, licorice and violets. Finessed and complex with a delicate, persistent finish.
From vines aged 40-50 years. A wine of impressive complexity, finesse and elegance. It's got a nuanced character that will appeal to the most refined palate.
With a beautiful garnet colour, this wine is balanced and mineral, with a wonderful, fine, supple fruitiness. Will start to show its full complexity in 2027 or 2028.
