Every vintage of this wine comes from the same three select plots, hence 'Trilogie de Terroirs.' The vines average more than 70 years of age, and the fruit rides atop a rock-solid foundation of minerality and taut acidity. Enjoy through 2025+.

Crafted from Burgundy's second white grape (Aligoté), this is a fresh, taut wine with plenty of character. At the onset, it's floral and engaging with citrus and flint tones. In the mouth, it offers ripe apple, more citrus, some hazelnuts and a smoky/flinty minerality. An excellent choice for seafood and sushi, it will continue to evolve over the next 2+ years.
