This is ripe and perfumed with a core of sweet lush berry and dark cherry fruits. Showing a silky texture and nice floral qualities but not lacking in structure, long finish. Mendoza Malbec Trophy, International Malbec Trophy.

Patagonian Malbec brings blackcurrant, black cherry, plum and damson, lifted by mint, spice, coffee, leather and dark chocolate. The texture is smooth and full, with moderate tannins and a smoky finish that feels right with steak, venison, charcuterie or bean chili.

Fabre was one of the pioneers in showing the world the qualities of Río Negro. Since the mid-1990s this winery has been making wines in Allén, beside the banks of the Negro River. This comes from vineyards that are about 30 years old. 60% of the wine was aged in barrels for a year, and the rest, in concrete for a similar time. It's a wine that offers the classic notes of blue fruits, like a bowl of blueberries, it's juicy and fresh, the texture is very smooth, the acidity is friendly, and the flavors are deep.
