Vinea, Latin for vine, is a small batch premium grape-based liqueur crafted from cabernet sauvignon and blended with Reifs' secret ingredients. Enticing bright notes of blackberry, strawberry, cherry and red licorice creates a one-of-a-kind 'spirit' of the vine flavour. Sip on the rocks or use in your favourite cocktails.
Jack Pine Wines celebrates the spirit of sustainability with every eco-friendly bottle in which their wine is packaged. This blend of Gamay Noir, Merlot and Baco Noir offers notes of ripe berries, black cherry and a subtle hint of spice. The ideal companion for cottaging and camping, pair it with grilled burgers and steaks.
From Rief's Tarot Card Series, this sparkling take on Riesling is lithe, lively, and lip-smackingly great. Full of fun and flavour, it's juicy and tangy, with peach, apple, pear, citrus, and an invigorating off-dry disposition. The modest alcohol makes it a great option for brunch, and the food-friendly vibrancy will allow it to pair with salads, grilled chicken, or your favourite spicy international dish.
From its home on the Niagara River, Reif Estates has been crafting premium wines from some of the oldest vinifera vines in the province for decades. This distinctive Riesling shows aromas and flavours of Bosc pear, golden raisin and wildflower. It is an exceptional pairing for fish curries or shrimp stir-fry.
Pale and light on its feet, this Niagara rosé offers strawberry, watermelon and apple with a delicate violet note. Crisp acidity offsets the gently fruity palate, while a faint bubblegum accent adds a playful touch. The overall impression is fresh, straightforward and softly rounded.
This Cabernet Franc is made by Andrea ('Drea') Kaiser to honour her father, Karl J. Kaiser, who co-founded Inniskillin Wines. In 2017, the Karl J. Kaiser Memorial Fund at Brock University was established, with a portion of proceeds from this wine's sales donated to it each year. This single-vineyard Cabernet Franc offers generous notes of blackcurrant, savoury herbs, vanilla and earth.
This wine is made by Andrea Kaiser, daughter of Inniskillin co-founder and Ontario winemaking pioneer Karl J. Kaiser. Dornfelder was one of his favourite grapes; he was familiar with it from his native Austria, and Andrea's rosé version is believed to be the only one produced in Canada. It's bone-dry, with bright acidity and impressive plum, raspberry, and soft herbs, notably mint. A unique rosé that will drink through 2028.
Sourced from Reif's oldest block of estate Chardonnay vines (planted in 1981), this was fermented in stainless steel before maturing for nine months in new French oak. Rich and superbly elegant, it evokes juicy apple and stone fruit along with hazelnut and vanilla. Pair with salmon beurre blanc, buttery shellfish, grilled pork, or hazelnut-crusted chicken breast.
