A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grown in sunny Provence, this rosé promises bombastic red fruit embroidered with evocations of spices and wild herbs, all with a subtle touch of tannin structure. Pair with grilled salmon or shrimp.

This wine opens with earthy herbal aromas followed by wet stones and bubblegum with little pops of white flowers. The palate is mouthcoating and complex with flavors of ripe peach and grapefruit that take a backseat to the salinity and minerality this Rosé delivers. Pairing with food is a must. Best Buy.
