The grapes are from the Lingard Vineyard on the St. David's Bench that was planted in 2006 to the 21b Clone. Fermentation was stopped to leave a bit of residual sugar (8 g/l) to balance the crisp acidity. A classic Niagara Riesling nose of lime, grapefruit, floral lift, lanolin and white peach. It's nicely balanced on the palate with lip-smacking citrus, summer peaches, ginger, honeycomb and yellow apple with a zippy, lifted finish. Can cellar through 2031. Score - 90. (Rick VanSickle, winesinniagara.com, July 21, 2025)
This wine was fermented warm for 28 days in stainless steel before maturing in French oak for two years. It's so easy to enjoy that the complexity and depth are quite beguiling delights. There's well-integrated tannins, lifted florals, layered red fruit, savoury herbs, earthy underbrush, vanilla and spice. A great food wine; try it with grilled meats or mushroom risotto. Drink through 2028+.

The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are from the Andrews Vineyard in the Four Mile Creek sub-appellation planted in 2012 to the 530 clone. It's fresh and floral on the nose with juicy citrus, kiwi, tropical notes, and an interesting grassy/herb note. It's perfectly dry, refreshing, and crisp on the palate with notes of pear, herbs, zesty grapefruit, passion fruit and a bright, clean finish. Score - 89. (Rick VanSickle, winesinniagara.com, June 5, 2023)
Another Riesling crafted with low alcohol and high RS (25 g/l) using arrested fermentation, the intentional act of stopping an active fermentation before dryness. The nose is clean and lifted with notes of lime, grapefruit, some ginger spice, apple, peach and stony minerality. There's honey goodness on the palate, with ripe peach, saline minerality, yellow apple, bergamot and juicy acidity on the finish keeping the sweet notes in balance. Can cellar 5+ years. Score - 90. (Rick VanSickle, winesinniagara.com, Jan. 31, 2024)
This is always a great-value wine that delivers good concentration and structure. It shows all the quality and character of the 2022 vintage, which was a particularly good one for Cabernet Franc. This bright, rich wine has juicy cranberry, cherry, roasted red pepper, blueberry, earth, oak spice, dried herbs and cocoa. Drink through 2025+.
