Popular Oyster Bay hails from the Marlborough region, ground zero for classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Expect notes of expressive citrus, yellow berries melange and fresh herbs with mineral notes. Pair with sea scallops pan-fried in butter with asparagus on the side.
Oyster Bay has long been a flag-bearer for New Zealand premium wine. Their PG is soft and juicy with generous grapefruit, yellow plum, floral lift and minerality, and falls between the Alsatian and Italian styles. Enjoy with grilled pork.

Oyster Bay is one of New Zealand's most popular producers. This bright, juicy rosé evokes tangy red cherry, strawberry, citrus and melon notes and has a vivacious, food-friendly acidity. Sip it with seafood or pork chops.

Cherry, plum, strawberry and raspberry make this Hawke's Bay Merlot easy to approach, with cocoa, spice, soft oak and a touch of mushroom in support. It is lighter and quicker-finishing than some expect, though its smooth texture and modest tannins suit everyday meals more than contemplation.
