Deep bright pink colour. This expressive Rosé is made with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot grapes. The bouquet reveals aromas of redcurrant and strawberries with rich fruity flavours and fresh acidity on the palate. Pairs well with stuffed peppers and baked chicken with pasta or vegetables in tomato sauce.

Plum, dark cherry and raspberry lead a concentrated palate, supported by blackberry and dried red fruit. Vanilla, chocolate and oak bring richness, while smoke, anise, cedar and baking spice add savoury complexity. Firm acidity and tannins shape the full body before a persistent, peppery finish.
