This value-priced Bourgogne possesses all the brightness and drive of the vintage, with raspberry, strawberry, cherry and spice. This exciting white Burgundy comes in at a moderate price for this legendary region. It's balanced, with good refinement and ample floral tones. Look for citrus, pear and apple, with Burgundy's fine minerality anchoring the experience. Fresh and versatile, it will pair with a broccoli-and-cauliflower salad, vegetable lasagna or roast turkey.

Saint-Véran produces only Chardonnay, and the wines bear a close similarity to those of its renowned neighbour Pouilly-Fuissé, which actually divides the vineyards of Saint-Véran into northern and southern sections.
