A delightful, bouncy white from the Hare family, whose winemaking roots can be traced back to the early 1900s in the town of Kochovo, Bulgaria. Aromas of starfruit and cut grass leap from the glass while the palate offers stone fruit flavours and a brisk acidity to top it all off.
Classic, with good vibrancy and freshness, showcasing citrus and peach in a tangy, fun package. Bright, breezy and light, this wine will make a great warm-day sipper. It's perfect for finger foods and will also go well with a range of salads or chicken and seafood dishes.
Vines planted on the gentle slopes of the Niagara-on-the-Lake region enjoy ideal sun exposure throughout the day. Lake Ontario, the Niagara River and the Niagara Escarpment moderate temperatures, allowing the flavours in white grapes to ripen fully while retaining fresh, buoyant acidity. That's certainly present in this wine, along with a delicate hint of fruit sweetness and notes of citrus, lychee, apple and spice.
This exciting blend of Cabernet Franc and Vidal Blanc makes for an engaging, elegant off-dry sparkling wine that's crafted with food in mind. Perfect for moderately spicy seafood dishes or a sweet-and-salty charcuterie plate.
Vinified in French oak where it aged for a total of 24 months, this Cab Franc offers tangy plum, redcurrant and red bell pepper along with sprinklings of cocoa and cinnamon. Perfect for grilled lamb or game.
