This 100% Pinot Noir is produced Méthode Traditionnelle punching well above its price and worthy of a multiple purchase. It pours fine mousse in the glass with the liquid a stunning copper-pink hue. Aromas of strawberry, spice and floral notes provide segue to a glorious gusher of palate flavours with ruby red grapefruit, blood orange and just-picked wild strawberries to the fore. It's elegant and charming, medium bodied and just off-dry, balanced and beautiful with a lengthy, lip-smacking finish and aftertaste. Drink now. Value. Score - 92. The 2021 vintage was a slow start, with cool temperatures and rain in the spring followed by some of the sunniest conditions Alsace had ever seen in early September.
