Wairarapa Pinot Gris lands on the fuller side, offering ripe pear, red apple, peach and melon with hints of honey, almond and ginger. A waxy texture gives substance, while balanced acidity keeps the finish clean. Pair it with salmon, seafood pasta or mildly spiced dishes.
