Dark cherry, blackberry, plum and raspberry give this Chianti Classico Riserva a generous fruit core, while cedar, leather, tobacco, mushroom, pepper and chocolate build a traditional frame. It is dry and fairly full, with tannin and acidity suited to beef, meatballs or short rib.
