A smartly priced charmat style blend of Riesling with a bit of Gamay and Malbec (mostly for colour). It's bright and lively on the nose with persistent effervescence and plenty of citrus, apple, and red/dark berries. It's flavourful and zesty on the palate with citrus, green apple, and berries. The Foreign Affair winery are leaders in the use of the appassimento method in Ontario, and just about half of the grapes for this 100% Cabernet Franc were set aside to dry for 120 days before being pressed. The wine is rich, with dark cherry, cassis, leather, cigar box and vanilla. A wine that will continue to evolve for another 7+ years.

Based on Gamay, this wine is crafted using some appassimento-style dried fruit. It shows great depth, with ripe watermelon, cherry, raspberry, cranberry, tropical fruit, and tangy citrus.

The Conspiracy Bianco was formerly called 'Enchanted.' It's a blend of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc crafted in the ripasso method, using a percentage of partially dried grapes. The result is a rich, lush wine with superb depth and complexity to the ripe pear, peach and tropical fruit notes. Crisp and dry, it has the textural composure to pair with grilled salmon.

Following the ripasso method perfected in Italy's Veneto region, this unique wine uses dried grapes to add richness and depth to the notes of fresh and dried prune, floral elements, smoke, dark fruit and licorice. An impressive wine that's perfect for grilled red meats.

62% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot. The wine repassed over the skins and lees of the Appassimento red grapes. Deep purple-ruby colour; cedary, malty nose of blackcurrant; medium to full-bodied, dry, juicy and succulent cherry and currant flavours; well-balanced, with a tannic lift on the warm alcoholic finish.
