Sancerre is home to some of the finest Sauvignon Blanc in the world; expressions defined by their famed gunflint minerality. This example is aromatic and richly textured, with a fine depth of green fruit and lemon citrus. Try it with goat cheese, grilled seafood and, of course, oysters.
This 100% Cabernet Franc is an unoaked wine from Chinon with fragrant floral aromas, youthful wild berries, plum fruit, and supple chalky tannins. The palate shows fresh and vibrant fruit with good length on the finish. Serve it alongside pasta dishes with tomato sauce, or enjoy it with lamb chops or ribeye.
