This Chardonnay brings together fruit from three different Niagara-on-the-Lake sub-appellations, each of which plays a role in shaping the character of the wine: richness from St. David's Bench, vibrant acidity and minerality from Niagara Lakeshore, and delicate floral notes from Four Mile Creek. The wine evokes baked apple, lemon, dried apricot and spices and will pair well with herb-crusted pork chops or creamy fettuccine alfredo.

This wine is sourced from vines ranging from 9 to 15 years old and was fermented in stainless steel and oak, resulting in great fruit purity and an engaging textural depth. Look for lifted florals, tropical fruit, orange citrus, and a characterful grassy note. Crisp and refreshing, it's perfect for sipping but will also pair with salmon. Drink through 2028.
