This blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes is vinified using the Governo method. Adding dried grapes during fermentation increases richness, smoothness, residual sugar and alcohol content. This Tuscan red shows intense flavours of red fruit with suggestions of dried herbs.

Made with 100% Vermentino grapes that have been hand-picked to select the best quality fruit. The wine is straw yellow in colour with an intense bouquet of white flowers and pleasant notes of peach and herbs. Medium-bodied, with good citrus fruit, mineral notes and balanced acidity. Ideal paired with vegetables and salads.
