This Gewürztraminer is made with fruit grown in the valley floor around the heart of Cortina. It's soft and round on the palate, with soaring floral, lychee and clove aromas and a tantalizingly bitter note on the finish. Pair with oysters, crab legs, or a lychee-and-dragon-fruit salad.
