Eckhof is a family-owned winery with a 400-year history in winemaking. This fresh and aromatic Zweigelt from Weingut Eckhof shows raspberry, cherry and cranberry aromas with mild spice and earthy notes on the palate. It pairs well with light red meats, chicken and tomato-based pasta dishes.
Vibrant and crisp, this organic Gruner Veltliner is from the wine-growing region of Wagram. Fresh aromas of meadow herbs, white stone fruit and hints of spice and honey on the nose lead to a juicy minerality on the palate with notes of yellow apple on the finish. Pairs well with fried pork, shrimp and soft cheeses.

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. A touch of ripe pear fruit underlaid with a hint of meadow herbs, candied mandarin zest, mineral touch. Powerful, delicately spicy, yellow stone fruit, extract-sweet texture, interwoven acidity structure, remains persistent, a hint of stone fruit in the aftertaste, a full-bodied food companion. Medium yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, a fresh bouquet with fine citrus notes, some peach, and hints of mint. The palate shows good complexity, saline with white stone fruit and pink grapefruit notes, a persistent, versatile food wine with ageing potential. Score - 93-95.
