This Riesling was harvested on four different days and the four harvests were fermented separately, revealing the nuance and complexity of different parcels within the Picone Vineyard. The final blend offers superb tension, balance and freshness, with apple, citrus, pear, and refined minerality. Pair with spicy vegan pasta or Indian dishes. Drink through 2026.
