... medium-bodied, fruit-forward rose. A mouth-watering blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache grapes, with a touch of sweetness. Enjoy as a chilled aperitif or with grilled seafood. Drink: 2022-2024 Score - 91. (nataliemaclean.com, Oct. 22, 2022)
This sweet-kissed pink bubbly is part of the Belaire Art series and the label features work by the exciting French artist Grégoire Devin. This special release of our Essential (395384) will make a striking centrepiece for your holiday dinner or an eye-catching gift.
This sweet-kissed pink bubbly is fun and vivacious. It's juicy and bright, with layered aromas and flavours of berry, watermelon, nuts, fresh pastry and herbs. It will be a brilliant way to start an evening as an aperitif, but will also work during the meal with grilled seafood or smoked salmon.
This is a very full flavoured, off dry/medium sweet sparkler with quite intense and complex notes of dried apple, hay, crushed wildflowers and seeds. Quite custardy on the nose as well. Dessert in a glass but not super sweet. It is light to medium bodied, creamy yet fresh with very good acidity. The length is excellent. Tasted October 2023. Score - 92. Part of the Belaire Art series and a gorgeous gift, inside and out.
Luc Belaire Luxe is a Charmat method, demi-sec sparkling rosé produced from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes and finished with an oak-aged dosage of Syrah. Medium-bodied, off-dry and juicy with a mouthful of fresh raspberry, strawberry and a titch of oak spice flavours frothy, creamy and zesty on the palate. Chill and enjoy with grilled lamb lollipops, creamy cheeses or a baked maple smoked ham. Drink: 2022-2024. Score - 90. (nataliemaclean.com, Dec. 17, 2022)
The Bleu is the newest fizz from popular producer Luc Belaire. It blends Ugni Blanc and Colombard and offers suggestions of fresh berries and tropical fruit along with an elegant balance of roundness and delicacy. The handsome blue bottle was inspired by the waters of the Côte d'Azur, making it a feast for the eyes, too. A lovely choice for picnic nibbles or fruit salad.
