Veneto gives this Cabernet a lighter, brighter expression, more sour cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant than dense cassis. Coffee, spice, vanilla and earthy notes appear in the background, with moderate tannins and refreshing acidity shaping an honest table red for pasta, pizza or simple meats.
