This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the finest vineyards in the Golan Heights and aged in French oak for 18 months. Aromatic, with flavours of black fruit layered with hints of earth, spice and delicate oak. Full-bodied with elegant complexity; drinking now but will continue to improve for 10-15 years. Dark purple in colour, this Syrah is rich and complex with an array of ripe black and red fruit with notes of earth, smoke and spice. Full-bodied, concentrated flavours and great varietal character. Serve with hearty red meats. Kosher. Produced in Katzrin.

Produced in Katzrin. Ripe and bold, with well-integrated raspberry, cherry and plum, plus underlying earth and chocolate. Nice concentration.

This Cabernet, Merlot blend is aged in French and American oak casks for 12 months. Expect aromas dominated by blackberry and black cherry fruit with notes of baking spice and hints of black pepper. Juicy cherry fruit flavours on the palate mingle well with vanilla and spice, pair with grilled meat. Product of Katzrin.

Available at select Vintages locations. Produced in Katzrin, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc has nice depth, with black cherry, raspberry, cassis, and black pepper. Approachable, but with enough tannin supplying support to pair with grilled meats or a beef brisket.

Mount Hermon Indigo is made from classic varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Attractive aromas of cherry and blackberry fruit are layered with notes of spice, smoke and earth. The palate shows notes of black currant and blackberry fruit with licorice and spice, medium-bodied with solid tannins. Product of Katzrin.
