Cordorniu is the oldest Cava producer in Spain. This sparkling wine is made with the classic Cava varietals, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. It pours with a fine mousse and fruity aromas of fresh figs and pear with delicate nutty notes. The palate is fruity with refreshing acidity and medium sweetness. Kosher.
