This wine is an excellent introduction to the spicy, herbaceous quality of a Niederösterreich Grüner Veltliner. It's crisp, refreshing and enlivening, with notes of white pepper, lemon grass and lemon zest complemented by an electrifying acidity. Serve it with grilled asparagus rolled in roasted garlic and Parmesan seasoning.
