Varietal, ripe, fruity and classic with a bouquet of sweet oak and vanilla spice, roasted stone fruits and grapefruit. As the wine begins to open up in [the] glass so too does the scale of complexity and detail. Dry, smooth, fleshy, fruity and varietal on the palate with flavours of fresh red apple and white peach, some quince and lemon, vanilla and toasty oak flavours. Pungent, aromatic, herbaceous, fresh and packed with aromas of fresh mango and pineapple, basil, cape gooseberry and fresh grapefruit.
